2021 it’s challenging to the heart. So many goodbyes! Viking, Insecure, and so many. Now, Peaky Blinders as well.

After five great seasons, the series led by Cillian Murphy has resumed production on January 18th, after stopping due the pandemic. Originally it would air this year, but, with the shooting delay it could mean end of the year or early 2022.

Peaky Blinders has left us with a sequence of defeats for the Shelbys, in particular, Tommy. The anti hero was foi outsmarted by evil Oswald Mosley. However, we know Tommy best and although we last saw him contemplating saying goodbye for good, we know he’ll payback first.

As they get back to work, show runner Steven Knight has officially confirmed that the current season will be the last one for the Shelby. Their story ends, but apparently the series could continue in another shape and form. For now we celebrate the return to work!
