First of all: I MISTAKES. I was wrong about the suspects and more than anything, I was wrong about the motivation of the whole story. But it doesn’t escape a worse theory: here we are once again faced with Artificial Intelligence taking control?
The post will be short. After the second suspicious death, the guests are obviously tense and afraid, and Darby continues to lead the investigation. She has help from Sian, who topped my list of suspects and has now been taken from her. And that’s less where we stay: in the investigation and both of us tense to get back to the hotel before the storm.

Finally, the non-linear narrative makes some sense. Darby remembers her romance with Bill and how he had a genetic condition that made him sneeze when he went out into the light. When Zoomer, officially Lee and Andy’s son, sneezes, we don’t even need to pretend to be surprised: there’s a secret and a reason for the artist’s death, not so much his friend. The hint of the “AI’s fault” is in the helmet that almost suffocates Sian.
And that’s it: A Murder at the End of the World, it went around and around and stopped in the same place. This doesn’t mean it’s bad, but it’s a bit complex. Discarding the first theory, I now bet on AI as a psychopath. Will I get it right?
