Princess Diana certainly promoted and used many designers throughout her life, but her partnership with Catherine Walker was certainly the most striking. More than 40 years later, we can already think that Jenny Packham is “Kate Middleton’s Catherine Walker”.

The British designer is known for her long, sparkly wedding dresses. Furthermore, she designs some of the most famous looks of the current Princess of Wales, being her favorite stylist for very memorable moments.

Her first collection dates back to 1988, and since 2012 she has been dressing the princess, who has worn pieces by Packham on eight other occasions, from the Olympic Gala Concert at the Albert Hall to the iconic gold dress she wore at the premiere of the James Bond film, No Time to Die, in 2021.
Today, after six months away from public events, it was wearing a beautiful white Jenny Packham that Katherine reappeared, alongside Prince William and her children to pay homage to her father-in-law, King Charles III.

In addition to having pieces that appeared in Sex and The City and Gossip Girl, other celebrities such as Jennifer Aniston, Miley Cyrus, and Keira Knightley have been seen wearing clothes designed by Jenny. But it is with the Princess that we can say that she entered History.
