Some scenes from the final episode of season 2 of House of the Dragon were leaked on TikTok, but they’ve already come out. The saved scenes are circulating on Reddit and X. Here are the prints and the available scenes.

Spoilers:
Daemon
Daemon will be in Harrenhal leading thousands of men in his name, not necessarily for Rhaenyra, which scares Ser Simon Strong who (finally!) sends a message for her to come immediately to resolve it.

Alys Rivers tells Daemon that he’s ready to know his role in History and when he places his hand in the Weirdwood he has a (long) and complete vision of History, with foreshadowings of his death, the bloodshed, the White Walkers (cheesy), the Three-Eye-Raven (super exciting), the dragon eggs that will go to Daenerys, Daenerys coming out of the fire with the three dragons and Rhaenyra on the Iron Throne. Helaena appears to him, repeating Alys’s words, that Daemon is a pawn in the game.

When Rhaenyra arrives at Harrenhal, Daemon does not kneel (immediately) and she trembles but faces him. Daemon tells her that he saw that the prophecy is true, to which she jokes that he sounds like Viserys. Daemon then says yes, and that “he chose you. The true and only heir”, and kneels, swearing to serve her. All the men, annoyed, follow the gesture. Rhaenyra teases him that he dare not part with her again, but Daemon replies: “I tried, I can’t”. When he stands up, he makes the speech from the trailer in which he demands 100 lives of the Greens for every single one of the blacks. A powerful scene.

Aemond
Aemond is out of control with rage and wants to go on the attack, demanding that Helaena fly with Sunfyre to help him. But his sister refuses, warning him that she will not kill anyone.

Just before, she was confiding in Alicent that she had never been as unhappy as she had been since she was crowned Queen and that she wanted to get away from King’s Landing. So when Aemond attacks her, Alicent intervenes.

She tries to persuade her son to avoid confrontation, but of course, she is ignored. After a while, Aemond returns to look for Helaena, now more gently, apologizing to her but still pressuring her to help him. Helaena says that he will die in the war and warns him exactly how, when, and why, and Aemond threatens to kill her for threatening him, but Helaena calmly responds that “it won’t change anything, you will still die”.

We later see Aemond riding Vhagar after having destroyed yet another city and killed thousands of innocents.
Jacaerys
Jace is furious with Rhaneyra, who dines on dragon seeds to explain what she expects of them. Ulf, rude and clearly uncommitted to the Black cause, irritates everyone, especially Jace, who confronts him after Ulf jokes about the color of his hair. Only with the intervention of Hugh Hammer does the conversation not escalate for the worse.

Later, when he is alone with Baela, Jace is confronted by her for being so offended by the bastards and giving them the ammunition to know his insecurities. He complains about having spent a lifetime being humiliated by this, but Baela – who does not care that Jacaerys is the son of Ser Harwin – reminds him that he is the son and successor of Rhaenyra, so no one is equal to him. The conversation does not convince him, but it shows how their relationship is genuine love and friendship. Very sweet.

Aegon
Aegon is more recovered, but addicted to pain medication and still in bed. Ser Larys comes to him warning him that he must flee King’s Landing as Rhaenyra’s invasion is imminent now that she not only has dragons but also those who fly them.

Surprised, Aegon wonders “So it was all for nothing?”, especially her destruction, but Larys tries to convince him that it is only a temporary strategy. Aegon, who says he has lost his genitals along with his appearance, sees no reason to continue and says he would rather wait for Rhaenyra, but Larys claims that Aemond will try to kill him before she does, and this has an immediate effect on Aegon. He agrees to flee with Larys and the two are seen leaving the capital disguised as peasants, escaping without anyone noticing.
Rhaenyra
The Queen will have her hands full in the final episode. She tries to come to terms with Ser Corlys and the Seeds, agreeing to attack the Greens immediately, taking advantage of the advantage she has with the dragons. She goes to Harrenhal, manages to get Daemon back by her side, and returns to Dragonstone.
Alone with Mysaria, Rhaenyra reflects on the destruction and pain she will cause to the less fortunate, but that it is inevitable.

Just when she thinks she will be able to rest, she is awakened and led to meet a surprise visitor who turns out to be none other than Alicent. Angry and reactive, Rhaenyra does not order her to be arrested or killed but clearly does not want to talk.

Alicent begins a litany of saying that she only did what was expected of her, that she always wanted the best, but that, in the end, neither her children, her father, the Council nor her lover stayed by her side.
Rhaenyra, who has zero patience for her ex-friend’s chatter, mocks the fact that she has left virtue aside, but Alicent still defends herself by showing that she would not have done anything differently.

Alicent then offers Rhaenyra the chance to take the Throne, since Aemond will be far from the capital, saying that she will serve her and only wants in return that she let her leave King’s Landing with her daughter, Helaena, and granddaughter. Stunned by Alicent’s nerve, Rhaenyra throws several truths in her face, and questions what she expects to happen to Aemond or Aegon. Regarding Aemond, Alicent seems resigned to the fact that he will only give up on death, but regarding Aegon, she warns Rhaenyra that he is “destroyed”, asking for mercy for his life. Enraged, Rhaenyra reminds Alicent that it is too late and that there is no other alternative now: she will have Aegon executed and have his head. Alicent does not insist. The two-part ways with a bloody future awaiting them.

In a final clip, we see the Lannister and Stark forces heading for confrontation (although they are still far from each other), we see Daeron Targaryen flying over the Green army with the dragon Tessarion and we see Corlys and Allys of Hull preparing for the naval battle. We also see that Rhaella has finally got her dragon, taming Sheepstealer.
On a Triad ship, we see a prisoner Otto Hightower of Sharako Lohar, who is alongside Tyland Lannister, sailing to Westeros. The third season will open with two highly anticipated battles for fans.

Scenes that appear in the trailer with Ser Criston Cole and Gwayne Hightower were left out, but the ones that were leaked reveal what is most important about the final episode, which will be exciting and leave us anxious for 2026 to arrive soon!
