Having committed my time to Bad Monkey so far, I’m tapping my fingers on the table with anxiety and skepticism about what might happen in the series, because “surprises” really haven’t been its strong point.

The investigation into the arm fished out in Miami, involving the annoying and fun Yancy (Vince Vaughn), was relatively quick and we’re faced with a criminal scheme led by Eve and Nick, who are in the Bahamas and beyond the reach of American law.

So now Yancy and Rosa need to force the couple to return to the United States and to do so they go on a mission that should be secret, but which, of course, will go wrong. Eve and Nick already need more funds to continue their business so Rosa poses as an interested investor, claiming that she will pay in cash if they want to come and meet her in Miami.

They “fall” into the trap, but Rosa and Yancy are careless and will clearly be discovered. I’m summarizing it like this because, just like the recap that opens the episodes, I’m tired of summarizing nothing.

Even worse is having to deal with Bonnie and her crazy antics, who now wants to be arrested (and succeeds). Why does she have any relevance?

And Gracie, well, quickly got fed up with having “lost” to Eve and Nick steals the two of them and leaves Andros, as she wanted. Again… and now? It’s not worth creating any more theories…
