I’m going to post more for the record than the merit. What a waste of time to have devoted attention to Bad Monkey! The series concluded with violent, even unexpected, and other tragic, inevitable twists and turns, and we ended up practically where we started.

The conclusion was terrible for everyone, bad guys or good guys. A mystery like Apple TV Plus chose such a meaningless project for its platform. Thank goodness it’s over! We don’t need to go back to Florida anymore. May Milton erase these fictional people.

The Dragon Queen (Jodie Turner-Smith) threatens and confronts Eve Stripling (Meredith Hagner). She needs to sacrifice to save the island, but it is her life. She falls fatally on a tree branch, but before dying, she casts a curse on the blonde: “You will choke on your lies.”

The spirit of the holy mother finds peace and says goodbye to the people she loves, Ya-ya (L. Scott Caldwell), Egg (David St. Louis), and Lulu (Amina Massai).

Now everyone wants to catch Eve.

Andrew Yancy (Vince Vaughn) and Neville (Ronald Peet) try but fail. Since Nick (Rob Delaney) is paralyzed, she drowns him so she can escape alone. She succeeds, going to Morocco, but the bill always comes due: Eve chokes and falls from the building, dying immediately.

And what about Bonnie (Michelle Monaghan)? She calls Yancy and the two flirt. She is at some resort, reading and with another lover. And we say goodbye with the detective once again giving in to his curiosity. Please, we don’t need to know!
