We start right from where we stopped last week.
Two sides, one endless circle
Both sides of the story keep spinning in circles — yet growing dangerously close to colliding.
Robbie is desperate to find Cliff and, when he confronts Ray about their failed meeting, learns he’s been in jail for two days. For now, Robbie believes Cliff might be with the FBI, though nothing makes sense. Running out of options, he tells Eryn he’s selling the stolen drugs and running. There’s no way back — not from the police, nor from the Dark Hearts.

Meanwhile, Tom…
Meanwhile, Tom, surrounded by a team he doesn’t trust, hunts down the witnesses who saw Sam. His search leads him to Maeve — who has already received an unexpected visit from Perry. Claiming he just wants to see her and retrieve her father’s old jacket, Perry snoops around and finds a photo of Robbie and Cliff together. Suddenly, everything clicks: the robbery, the murder, and the kidnapping from season one.
Goodbye, Eryn
And it doesn’t stop there. Tracking Eryn’s phone, Perry finds her moments after Robbie leaves. Goodbye, Eryn.

The true traitor
I swear, poor Robbie — he can’t catch a break. And now he’s about to be betrayed again. The task force mole is, in fact, Grasso — the one leaking intel to Jayson. When he learns Robbie’s been marked for death, he panics. Since Tom just told him everything ties back to Billy, Maeve’s father, Grasso tells Jayson to wait and rushes to find Tom.
Crossed paths
Everything unfolds at once. Tom runs into Robbie, leaving Maeve’s house and stalls, trying to buy time for Grasso to arrive. But a failed connection prevents him from receiving the email revealing Grasso’s betrayal. Their standoff is tense — neither realizes they actually need each other. Suspicious as always, Robbie pulls a gun and forces Tom to drive.
Truths on the road
Tom only wants to know about Sam, but Robbie opens up. He explains how it all began as revenge, how it spiraled out of control, and how Jayson murdered Billy and Cliff with an informant’s help. Their conversation turns deep — about family, fear, and faith. Robbie, cynical, pushes Tom to question what belief really means when everything’s lost.
Maeve takes control
Maeve, ever the smartest in her family, fully aware that Perry’s visit was the final straw, takes Sam to the police and agrees to cooperate with the FBI, where she’s interviewed by Kathryn.

Perry unravels
Perry, shaken after killing Eryn, gets a call from Jayson: Freddy plans to hand over Robbie — and the drugs — for protection. Perry joins the men heading for the fatal meeting. And what a meeting it will be. With Tom presumed kidnapped (info shared by Grasso), the FBI is closing in. Grasso still tries to stop Jayson, but the Dark Hearts won’t listen.
Fear, faith, and redemption
On the road, Robbie asks Tom how people facing death feel fear — and the ex-priest confirms it’s real, almost tangible. Their exchange is raw and human. Tom tries to save him, offering a shot at redemption. But Robbie can’t see it. Maybe he no longer believes it’s possible.
The crossroads
Robbie frees Tom on the highway, asking him to protect Maeve — she’s innocent. Refusing to surrender, he accepts his fate. Tom drives to a nearby lake, where people play in the sun. The sight moves him — a fleeting reminder of peace amid chaos. He calls his daughters first, then Kathryn. Meanwhile, we already know: Grasso’s motives aren’t compassion or loyalty. It’s rage-inducing — and honestly, Fabien Frankel needs to take a break from playing terrible men.

The massacre in motion
As the FBI races to stop the bloodbath — the Dark Hearts arrive heavily armed — Grasso keeps messaging Jayson. The only one in the dark? Robbie himself.
The most obvious setup: Lizzie, who’s with Grasso, will have to decide whether to shoot him — or freeze.
A breathless ending
But the episode ends breathlessly. Tom arrives at the meeting spot before the Dark Hearts and orders Robbie’s arrest. The twist? Robbie points his gun right back at him, unaware that by calling out his name, Tom has given away his location to Jayson — closing in from behind to kill him. In that moment, one thing is certain: there will be losses. Heavy ones.
