One of the best things about “coming back” from the red carpet of the Oscar 2022 is knowing that Nicole Kidman will be there. For me, she’s the Oscar queen. I rarely found that she missed in her most bold choices. Always with one foot in the daring, always with class, Nicole is a veteran of the ceremony. Her “debut” was a plus-one to Tom Cruise, in 1991. Years later, when she wore the Galliano for Dior in 1997, she became a fashion icon and was already a star on her own. In fact, Tom was almost her plus one.

Nicole likes to have fun with her choices, and, for me, the three best were: the night she received the Oscar for Best Actress, with the long black dress signed by Jean Paul Gaultier, in 2001.
